Refund policy

RETURNS: We're happy to accept eligible items in new, unworn and neatly packaged condition for refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns Portal for more details and to request a return. All returns are required to be processed & approved in our portal prior to sending any item(s) back. 

RETURN POLICY:

Eligible items in new, unworn and neatly packaged condition will be accepted for your choice of refund or store credit when requested using this portal within 14 days of receipt.

Items discounted greater than 20%, sale items, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, custom-printed apparel and intimates are always FINAL SALE. Additional conditions may apply and will be noted where applicable.

We only accept approved returns using our returns portal. Returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization will not be honored and will be sent back at customer expense or donated. 

Items must be received by our warehouse within 7 days of receipt or may be subject to an additional restocking fee.
