HOLIDAY SEASON: Please allow for the possibility of an additional 1-2 days of processing on all orders from now through year-end as we accommodate the busy holiday season.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Katy, TX within 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Custom printed products or pre-orders have longer shipping times. Please check individual product pages for more details.

During non-promotional periods, we typically offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders of $125 to all 50 States and outlying territories (US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico & Guam). When active, this promotion will show up at checkout and on product pages.

Orders under 1lb = $5.95
Orders over 1lb = $8.95

We also offer free local pick-up at our Katy, Texas studio.

We're happy to accept eligible items in new, unworn and neatly packaged condition for refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt.

FINAL SALE items that are NOT eligible for return:
  • Items discounted greater than 25%
  • Items in the SALE or CLEARANCE section
  • Custom printed tees or products

    We are also unable to accept returns on the following categories for safety and sanitary precautions:

  • Hats & Hair Accessories
  • Bralettes, tights or shapewear

  • We're currently an online only boutique and do not have a retail storefront. From time to time we do have special warehouse sales or shopping events. If you would like to be notified about in-person events, please make sure you are on our mailing list.

    We do offer local pickup at our Katy,Texas studio.To request local pick-up simply choose it as your 'shipping' method at checkout.

    Yes. If you are in the Katy,Texas area and would like to pick-up your order from our studio, please select free local pick-up at checkout.

    You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please allow up to 3 business days.

    If it's urgent that you pick up your order sooner, please reach out to our Support team or call us at (281) 574-6465 and we'll do our best to help make it happen!

    Once we receive your returned item(s) in our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to open, inspect and log your return before processing any refunds or credits.


    If you're tracking indicates a return has reached us, and it has been longer than 10 business days, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.


    You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. If you selected a refund to payment method, it will be posted to your account within 5 business days depending on your bank. If you selected a store credit, you will receive an additional email with your redemption code. If you have an account on our website, your store credit will be accessible for easy redemption once you sign in.

    Our Support Team is available to assist you via email, text chat, phone or facebook messenger.
    If you checked out as a guest, you can check tracking through your confirmation email that was sent when you placed your order.

    If you created an account on our site, simply log into your account and go to order history.

    Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. If you ordered custom items or made-to-order graphic tees, it may take longer for your order to ship.

    Yes. We offer Digital Gift Cards on our site. Our gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient with an eGreeting, personal message and redemption code.

    AsherKate Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

    We love our team of Stylists and are thrilled that you do too! When you use your Stylist's unique link, her name will appear in the top center of our home page. Note that this feature can sometimes be hidden due to different browser and security settings

    If you don't see your Stylist's name at the top of your screen you can always enter it on the cart page before checking out to make certain she's credited. We're also happy to do this manually if you forget - simply text or drop us an email on the 'Contact Us' page.

    Once your order is placed it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team for fast processing.

    We're usually only able to add items or make changes to color or size within 1 hour of placing the order and only if it hasn't been sent for processing yet.

    Please contact our team right away if you need to change an order and we'll do our best to help. Please note that in busy times your email or DM may not be seen in time to make the change. After you email us, you can also call our office during business hours to confirm if we can make the change.

    Our AKtion program is at the core of our company. We're proud to support registered 501(c)3 organizations who impact women, children & communities nationwide.

    We select up to 3 Featured Causes each month to receive a percentage of sales. We also showcase each organization on our website, emails and through print materials in our orders.

    If you would like to have your organization considered for an upcoming donation period please contact us at least 45 days prior to the end of each quarter.

    Impacting the lives of others is our most important goal at AsherKate. We're happy to support others who are doing the same. We allow for a set number of product donations annually on a first come, first serve basis.


    If you are a 501(C)3 or educational organization and would like to request a donation for your school, group or organization's event please email our team at support@asherkate.com with:

  • Details of your request/mission
  • Date of event & date needed by
  • Request letter on letterhead and/or official donation form.
  • Proof of 501(c)3/Educational status such as EIN number or IRS determination letter.


    We are unable to accept requests that do no include all of the above.

    Please note that it can take up to 30 days to grant donation requests. You will need to submit your request at least 30 days before your event date to be considered.
