Joining the Rewards Program is completely free, quick and easy - plus you'll receive 100 points as a welcome gift just for signing up! Simply visit the Rewards Dashboard, click the "Earn Points" tab and choose "Create Account". If you don't already have an account on our website, you may need to confirm your registration via email to continue.
Once you're a member, you can view your points status and earning opportunities anytime by signing into the website and visiting My Account > Rewards Dashboard.
All of your earning and redemption opportunities can be found within your Returns Dashboard. Make sure you've also created an account on our website to be able to log in at any time and access your dashboard. In your dashboard, you can click on each action to learn more about how to complete it. Points earned are posted to your account at different times depending on the opportunity.

> How do I earn points?
Click "Earn Points" in the Returns Dashboard to see the list of activities available for you to earn points. We add new ways to earn points seasonally or for special promotions. Check back often to discover additional opportunities to earn.
Some points may take longer than others to hit your account. Visit the EARN/REDEEM tab above to see specific timelines.
> How can I spend my points?
Click "Rewards" in the Returns Dashboard to view a menu of discounts, free shipping, products and more you can redeem. Once you've earned enough points, you can choose an offer to redeem instantly. The redemption code will pop-up on screen and also be saved to the "Rewards" tab of your dashboard. You have up to 180 days to redeem your reward once you claim it.
We love to add surprise special offers, limited edition products or seasonal deals that you can redeem with Rewards points while they last. These may have shorter redemption windows noted as on each reward.
> How long do I have to redeem points?
Earned points expired after 12 months. Be sure to cash in your points for great rewards prior to the expiration date. Once you've redeemed your points for a reward, most all rewards must be used within 180 days, sometimes sooner depending on your chosen reward.
> What happens to my points if I return something?
When you return an item for a refund, the points that you earned from that purchase will be adjusted accordingly.
> Where are my missing points?
If you've earned points that do not appear in your dashboard, first check the EARN/REDEEM tab to confirm the timeline for points to be posted to your account. If it is longer than the time listed and you've still not received your points, please contact our Support team for assistance.
