FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE RETURNS:
If you request a return for refund for an order that included a promotional item and the return will adjust your total spend to less than the eligibility threshold, your options are:
1) Send back the item with your return (please make sure to select the free item as well as the items you are returning in our returns portal for processing)
2) Request to keep the promotional item in your return notes and the retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund balance
3) Elect to receive a store credit for your return instead of a refund and keep the promotional item free of charge
If your returned order no longer meets the criteria to receive a promotional item and you do not select one of the options listed above, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE LIMITS:
Each order can include ONE gift with purchase per order when the order meets the eligibility threshold. Customers may earn a maximum of FIVE (5) promotional gifts with purchase in a calendar month. In order to allow everyone an opportunity to participate before items are out of stock, after 5 qualifying purchases per customer account subsequent orders will not include a free gift with purchase.
