Program Transition FAQs
To Our Stylist Family,
After 7 wonderful years, our Stylist program will be retired at the end of this year to make way for a new AsherKate Ambassador program launching in 2026. Our new program will offer similar perks to our existing Stylist model, but with no monthly fees and a restructured commission model.
Since our beginning, the Stylist program has been at the core of our business, creating success for our Stylists, generating over $250,000 in donations to non-profits and fostering a special community for thousands of women. We are forever grateful for your partnership as one of our Stylists during this journey.
In February 2026, we will begin sending invitations for our new Ambassador program on a rolling basis until our first 150 spots are filled. Priority will be given first to current Stylists who are active, past Stylists in good standing and then new applicants. We’ll be in touch with more details as we move closer to the Ambassador launch.
We’re sure you have many questions, so we’ve created a FAQ below that includes more information, key dates and details. We’ll continue to update this page as new questions arise or we have new updates.
Retiring our Stylist program is bittersweet, but it will create new opportunities to better adapt to the fast-changing landscape of online retail and to offer new ways of successfully growing our brand with you as a key partner.

Our goal is to kick off the new AsherKate Ambassador program by March 2026. We will continue to update you throughout the process and you’ll know in advance if we are able to launch sooner or need more time.
We’re re-envisioning what our program can be and what our goals are as we grow. We’ve taken into consideration the changes in our industry, our growth as a brand rather than just a boutique, continued increase in product & shipping costs, direct-selling as a whole and feedback from our Stylist community in order to create a simpler program that will appeal to a wide range of affiliates who have desire to promote the AsherKate Brand.
We plan to utilize the same software for the new Ambassador program but you will see a change in the way we commission, incentivize and reward. There will no longer be a monthly fee for being a part of our program. All of the details of our new Ambassador program will be announced by February. Participation in the new program will be by invitation only initially with open applications to come by Summer 2026.
Active Stylists will be the first to be invited to join the new program and will receive an email in late January. We will continue with rolling invitations next to our past Stylists in good standing then to first time applicants.
Yes. Our website, clothing brand and pop-up shops will continue to operate as usual so that our natural business flow is uninterrupted during this transition. We want to ensure our customers that they can count on us when needed for their fashion needs. You may see some parts of the website down periodically while we make changes to content and Stylist program references, but the ability to shop and engage with AsherKate will remain as normal.
Your last dues will be charged in December 2025. All dues agreements will be automatically terminated after December 20th so you do not need to cancel on your end to stop debits.
Current Stylists will keep their current link and login details for use in the future. You may see some changes on the back end or temporary outages to the backoffice while we are making changes but you will still use the same link in the new program. There is no need to change your business cards, email signature or other areas where you may have your link listed. Your link will not generate commissions during the transition period.
The new Ambassador Program will not have a team structure or a recruitment expectation. Any active Stylists who are currently on your team will be transitioned into an Ambassador role if they choose and will not have an “upline” or a “leader”.
There are two key dates for commission to note. Dec 10th will be the last day that a leader can earn commission from an order placed by their team member and the team member’s customers. Dec 20th will be the last day that Stylists can earn commission from an order placed by their customers or for themselves.
Our standard scheduled December payout will be Friday, Dec 12th. Our next and final payout will be on Tuesday, December 30th. This will allow us proper time to reconcile all orders and take proper accounting before our last payout.
