All orders ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX within 2-4 business days.
Custom printed products or pre-orders have longer shipping times. Please check individual product pages for more details.

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to all 50 States and outlying territories (US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico & Guam) for all orders of $99 or more via USPS/UPS.

All other orders are only $6.95 Flat Rate..

Regular priced items purchased as gifts between November 15th - December 22nd may be returned for store credit only until January 6, 2023 or for refund to payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Return requests must be submitted through our online returns portal no later than January 6th and received by our warehouse within 7 days of the return request or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items discounted 30% or greater, custom items, sale items, jewelry, hats, hair accessories and intimates are always FINAL SALE.
