***HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY***

Regular priced items purchased as gifts between November 15th - December 22nd may be returned for store credit only until January 6, 2023 or for refund to payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Return requests must be submitted through our online returns portal no later than January 6th and received by our warehouse within 7 days of the return request or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items discounted 30% or greater, custom items, sale items, jewelry, hats, hair accessories and intimates are always FINAL SALE.

RETURNS POLICY

We're happy to accept eligible items in new, unworn and neatly packaged condition for refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt.

FINAL SALE items that are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items discounted greater than 30%
  • Items in the SALE or CLEARANCE section
  • Custom printed tees or products


    We are also unable to accept returns on the following categories for safety and sanitary precautions:

  • Jewelry
  • Hats & Hair Accessories
  • Bralettes, tights or shapewear

    • Professionally printed in full color. NOT a sticker, will not peel or fade.
    • 20oz capacity double-wall stainless steel with white enamel coating on outside.
    • Accessories: Slide closure lid, plastic straw and rubber bottom are all included with your tumbler.
    • Hand-wash. Like all stainless tumblers, we do not recommend putting it in your dishwasher to preserve the temperature-controlling pressure of the tumbler. 
    • Never put stainless steel products in the microwave.
