All orders ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX within 2-4 business days.
Custom printed products or pre-orders have longer shipping times. Please check individual product pages for more details.

Orders under 1lb = $5.95
Orders 1lb+ = $8.95

Regular priced items purchased as gifts between November 22nd - December 22nd may be returned for store credit only until January 8, 2024 or for refund to payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Return requests must be submitted through our online returns portal no later than January 8th and received by our warehouse within 7 days of the return request or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items discounted 30% or greater, custom items, sale items, jewelry, hats, hair accessories and intimates are always FINAL SALE.
