14-Day returns on eligible items*

***HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY***

Regular priced items purchased as gifts between November 22nd - December 22nd may be returned for store credit only until January 8, 2024 or for refund to payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Return requests must be submitted through our online returns portal no later than January 8th and received by our warehouse within 7 days of the return request or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items discounted 30% or greater, custom items, sale items, jewelry, hats, hair accessories and intimates are always FINAL SALE.

RETURNS POLICY

We're happy to accept eligible items in new, unworn and neatly packaged condition for refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt.

FINAL SALE items that are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items discounted greater than 25%
  • Items in the SALE or CLEARANCE section
  • Custom printed tees or products


    We are also unable to accept returns on the following categories for safety and sanitary precautions:

  • Hats & Hair Accessories
  • Bralettes, tights or shapewear

    • Best for phrases of 5-15 words. We may not be able to process your order for phrases too long to properly fit in the space.

    Our tees are made-to-order in house. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be customized & printed before leaving our warehouse.

    READ ME:

    FINAL SALE ITEM.  Personalized items are final sale. Please make sure you enter the wording you want on your shirt exactly how you want it to read including any space or numbers and that everything is spelled correctly. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for errors made when placing your order.

    COLORS. All screens show colors differently and may differ slightly from actual tone. We strive to show as close to actual colors as possible, however cannot guarantee a specific shade of tee or ink. 

    DESIGN. We will format the phrase that you submit across 3 lines of text in the best way possible for a great looking tee. Our team will determine line breaks at their discretion so that we can create even lines and visually pleasing word flow.
