Shipping + Handling
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock or is not expected to arrive within 5 days of placing your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. In the event that your item is not in stock when the order is placed, we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date and any possible delay in shipping time.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. You will receive an email when your order ships including tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to payment authorization, product availability and carrier guidelines.
In the event of a backorder, pre-order or custom item, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days (Mon-Fri) of the date of your order. We will always notify you if there is a delay beyond 5 days.
Products may also be delivered in separate shipments due to availability. You will never be charged additional shipping for orders shipped in multiple packages.
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING in the continental US for all orders of $75 or more via USPS. Orders under $75 are only $5.95 to ship via USPS. There is a surcharge for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please use the form below to request a surcharge quote for orders shipped to these states.
Expedited 2-day shipping is available for a fee. Note that expedited shipping guarantees only the transit time for your order and not the time it takes to leave our warehouse. If you are concerned about needing your order for a specific date let us know using the form below – we’ll do everything we can to help.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped and will be calculated at checkout.
Damaged Items in Transport
If you receive your order with any evidence of damage on delivery, let us know on the form below right away so we may alert the carrier and help rectify the issue quickly.
