Rewards Program Changes
We are retiring our current rewards program in preparation for new technology and a system upgrade. We look forward to launching a new loyalty program to show appreciation for our customers by December 2024.
Why is the rewards program changing?
As Shopify continues to upgrade technology and features to provide the best online shopping experience for our customers, we have to make changes to our installed apps to accommodate better functionality & ease of use. Later this year, our current rewards program software will no longer work with the upcoming upgrades planned for our website. We are beginning to transition out of this software now to ensure an easy and smooth process for our rewards members.
When is the last day to earn rewards points on my purchases?
You will continue to earn rewards points on all purchases placed through August 31st, 2024. Your points will continue to accrue through this date to be applied towards your choice of qualifying reward.
When is the last day to redeem my points for rewards?
You can redeem your points for rewards on our website until September 30th, 2024. The vouchers that you redeem (for discounts, free shipping, etc) are awarded in the form of a promo code which will be able to be used on our website until September 30th, 2024. Please note that both the redemption of your points into a reward & the use of your promo code on the website will need to be completed by September 30th, 2024. After this date all points and vouchers (past or future) will expire.
What will happen to the rewards I have already redeemed but not yet used?
Any existing rewards vouchers you have recently redeemed but not yet used towards an order will expire on the date indicated when you received the promo code OR on September 30th, 2024 - whichever is sooner. After September 30th, 2024 all points and/or existing promo codes redeemed by points will be deactivated when the software is uninstalled from our website.
Will there be a new Rewards Program?
Yes. We are in the process of developing a new Loyalty Program to reward our customers in an easy and fun way. We anticipate the new program will go live by December 2024. The official launch date of the new program will depend on the rollout of Shopify's upgrades. We will communicate all of the details to customers via email or on our website when the time comes.
