As we navigate through the unique challenges posed by COVID-19, I'd like to let you know how we're responding as a company.
While we are still fully operational and here to help in any way possible, our team is currently working remotely and only at the warehouse to fulfill orders on an as needed basis. To create social distancing and for the health of our employees, no more than 3 people are at our warehouse at any given time. Currently we are not monitoring our office phone lines on a regular basis, however you can reach our team 24/7 via email, text, live chat or FB Messenger.
I'm proud to share that thanks to our incredible staff (and the help of my wonderful family) we are still shipping out orders on time and have not experienced any substantial delays or issues with maintaining our same level of standards and service.
Since the start, we've also continued to take additional measures to regularly clean and sanitize our workspace, fulfillment areas and warehouse to ensure that the safety of everyone who packs and receives our product is of the highest importance.
Our independent Stylists are also doing their part to lead with purpose. Recently, our AKtion Kindness Project raised over $3,500 from the sale of our Kind People tee. The proceeds are being distributed through Stylists across the U.S. to provide meals, PPE, financial assistance and more to people and programs in their communities.
During this time we remain committed to providing a financial opportunity for our Stylists and being a trusted source of affordable fashion to our customers. Were continuing to develop new collections to launch online, we are still giving back 5% of every purchase to worthwhile causes each day and we are passionate about giving you a place of normalcy during an all but normal time.
Please know that in spite of these current events, we remain dedicated to serving you however we can and greatly appreciate your support of our small business and our mission of passion, purpose and pretty things.
